1 TB of Acronis Cloud included, Mirror imaging/full image backups, Individual file and folder backup, Boot media builder and recovery tool, Blockchain-based file authentication & More features. How to make bootable cd dvd & usb image file (it mean iso file) in urdu hindi tutorial free. Mar 27, 2020 How to create Acronis Bootable Media on a Windows computer. In the Tools section, click Rescue Media Builder. Choose media creation method: Simple—This is the easiest option, suitable for most users.
True Image comes with a handy feature to create a bootable CD in case of a total hard drive or operating system crash. This media will allow you to boot from a CD or other bootable media to restore your computer from an image if it becomes so unstable that it will not boot. This is also very handy to use if you have a physical hard drive failure and need to restore the image to a new drive. It is also used as an easy way to upgrade your hard drive.
This is a review of the process using an older version of the program. A newer review about how to create a bootable usb flash drive is available using True Image. See the review here.
This review of True Image was performed on an older version of the software. The looks of True Image have changed a bit but the concept of creating a bootable CD has not changed. See our full review of the new version.
The easiest way to perform this task is to go to the tools menu and click on the Create a Bootable Rescue Media option from the menu.
The Acronis Media Builder is a wizard that will help you create a bootable media with the Acronis components that you select.
I chose to install all of the components that I could to make this CD versatile to use for other Acronis tasks. I have the Acronis Disk Director installed so I have that option to put on the bootable CD. Of course, I chose to put the Acronis True Image Home full version on the CD. I also chose to put the Acronis Bootable Agent on the bootable CD. The bootable agent includes drivers for USB devices, PC Cards, and SCSI hard disks. Adding the Acronis Bootable Agent to the CD is strongly recommended. The Bootable Agent also allows you to access the computer remotely using the Acronis True Image Management Console.

There are other options available like adding remote logon settings and network settings for remote management.
The Bootable Media selection screen is where you choose what type of bootable media you want to create. This screen will give every available option that is available on your computer. You can even create an .ISO image and a USB drive.
This screenshot shows what the Acronis Media Builder is going to do.
When the bootable Rescue CD was finished, it told me so. It is always a good idea to try the bootable CD before the time comes that you may really need it to recover your computer. This is the first screen you will see when booting from the Acronis bootable CD. This screen will vary depending on the options you chose to include on the bootable CD. It shows you a menu of all the installed options. All of these programs can be run from the Acronis Rescue Media.
I wanted to make sure the Rescue CD could indeed rescue the computer from a crash so I chose the Acronis True Image Home option to test restore process of the image that was created in the previous review.
Select the image created.
Select what you want to restore from the image.
The next screen shows you a summary of the tasks the utility will perform. The following screen lets you proceed with the restoration of the image. Once the image is restores, the computer boots to the state it was in when the image was created. The Acronis True Image bootable CD is easy to create and use but most importantly, it can be a lifesaver if your computer crashes to the point that it will not boot.
The most important thing to remember is to test the bootable CD before it is needed. Acronis True Image is a recommended and trusted backup and imaging program but every system is different so there is the slight chance that it may not work. Create the bootable CD and test the restore process before a disaster arises.
Acronis True Image 2017 has been released and it makes it easier than ever to back up your computer and devices. With just 2 clicks of the mouse, you can do a full image backup of a computer. It doesn’t get much easier than that. This version added many new features including the ability to backup an unlimited number of iPhones, iPads, and Android mobile devices with Wi-Fi to your computer, it even backs up your Facebook stuff. It is 3 to 6 times faster than the completion when backing up to an external drive and 25% faster than the previous version when backing up to the Acronis cloud. The 2017 version still has all of the other useful features that are essential in a complete backup program. Clone Disk, Try&Decide, Bootable Rescue Media Builder and Startup Recovery Manager are readily available. A True Image 2017 coupon code will be posted when it becomes available. Hello all, after an exhaustive search and hours of trial and error today I am left to post this question hoping to find some help.
My goals are simple: my company deploys a simple rack mount server in client's homes as part of our integration systems. We do about 18 a year. Always the same hardware and spec (64GB SSD harddrive with W7 Home Pro). We want to simplify the process by loading an image onto each new machine as its built rather than loading the software and running the updates manually each time. Simple enough, right?
Okay, so ultimately I would like to have a single USB drive as with the image AND the bootup recovery disk all in one. Unfortunately no matter what I tried I couldn't get the USB drive (external USB hard drive not thumb drive) to act as the bootup recovery disk.
In short I have tried the following:
1. Formatted 1TB external USB drive as FAT32 as described here: http://kb.acronis.com/content/1526 and used the tool here as well: http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm. Both times I confirmed in disk properties that the drive is FAT32.
2. The final step at the acronis link above is to 'Pick Tools -> Create Bootable Rescue Media;'. When I do that and then follow the wizard I get to the step to select the device and my only option is to create an ISO. There is no option for USB drive as described on the page.
3. Further, when I select the backup tab to run the backup the checkbox for 'MAKE THIS MEDIA BOOTABLE' is greyed out and not available.
So I have had no luck with my ultimate goal of using the same USB external drive as BOTH the backup file storage AND the bootable disk. I am now willing to give up on this but I REALLY want to use a usb drive or thumbdrive as the rescue drive because the machines we deploy do not have optical drives.
So can anyone help with the following:
1. use an external USB drive as both the backup and restore drive AND the rescue/boot emergency drive.
OR
2. use and configure a usb thumbdrive as the rescue/boot drive
Thank you all for the help. EJ

You can make a bootable USB flash drive with the Create Bootable Media icon on the Backup and Recovery tab or under Tools and Utilites, use the Rescue Media Builder option. Be sure to have your USB flash drive plugged in before starting the tool. There is no need to format your 1TB drive as FAT32, as this will cause your backup files to be split at 4GB each creating multiple files for each backup. Format your 1TB drive as NTFS (no need to try and make it bootable) and create your backup on it. When you need to restore/recover from the bootable media, plug in your USB flash drive and boot to it. Once the program is loaded, plug in your USB 1TB drive, wait a minute for it to be recognized by the Acronis program, and then restore/recover from the 1TB drive. If you only have one USB port to work with, that is okay, just unplug your USB flash drive and replace it with your 1TB drive. Once the program loads, it does not need the USB flash drive present to function.

One easy way to make the external drive bootable is to use Grub4DOS. It doesn't cause any problems with using the drive normally for backups.
Drive Notify ~ Schedule your backups without being required to keep your backup drive connected.
Thank you both for the help. Mudcrab, I tried your tutorial for a while and I just couldn't get the machine to boot from the drive with the ISO file in the root directory and your script running. Thanks though.
As I am a noobie on this I hope I can ask a few follow up questions- again having exhausted my searching options first.
1. does each subsequent server need a licensed version of ATI on it if we are only doing the restore at build?
2. Will I be able to change the PC Name on the new machines after a restore?
3. Will I be able to change the windows activation product key on the new machine to make it legit?
Thanks again. EJ

I can't say for sure about the licensing, but I would assume that you should have a licensed copy for each physical install. You would need to contact Acronis customer support to verify.
You should have no problem changing the name of the Windows 7 computer. See here for details: http://www.online-tech-tips.com/windows-7/change-computer-name-windows-…
You can change the Windows 7 Product ID (Key) using the built in slmgr.vbs script. See here for instructions: http://tweaks.com/windows/39026/change-windows-product-key-after-instal…
