- The option to LOCATE will appear next to the INSTALL button. Native Access confirms that the library is installed correctly but Kontakt Player can't see it. I can try to open the instrument itself but Kontakt says that 'This instrument belongs to a library that is currently not installed'.
- In order for a collection to appear in Kontakt’s Libraries tab with the graphic, the developer of the library has to pay Native Instruments a fee for the privilege. The developer and end user get some perks from this deal as well, but suffice it to say that the price point many developers sell at does not.

We're currently conducting systematic tests with the release version of macOS 11 (Big Sur) in order to offer full compatibility of our products as soon as possible. You can find our latest compatibility status - here
Please note that although announced at the same time as macOS Big Sur, Apple Silicon processors are an independent release with separate compatibility concerns for NI products. Compatibility with macOS Big Sur will not yet ensure compatibility with Apple Silicon processors. At the moment, Native Instruments products are not supported on computers with Apple Silicon processors. Read more - here
This Instrument Belongs To A Library That's Not Installed Fix
The Serial Does Not Belong to a Known Product - Native Access 'Library path is not valid' when adding a Kontakt Player library in Native Access; Native Access Recognised the Serial Number but did not Install. I've registered my library in Native Access, why can I not see it in Kontakt? How to remove a library from Native Access (Windows). Jan 19, 2019 I even tried adding the serial for an already registered library. Native Access still asked where to install it. I can navigate (via the “Files” tab to some Soundiron libraries I have and load those, but when I do that with a Kontakt library, I get a message that says, “This instrument belong to a library that is not installed.”.
